We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. To make changes to your order, please contact support by submitting your request via the Contact Us form.

Returns

Yes, we accept returns that meet the following conditions: - The item must be purchased from our online store - The item should not be used in any way - The item should have the original packaging with all tags etc. - Returns or Exchange requests are made within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, please submit your request via the Contact Us form for support. Our support staff will respond as soon as possible.

We do accept exchanges and they are subject to the same conditions as returns. - The item must have been sold on our online store - The item should not have been used in any way - The item should be in its original packaging with all tags etc. attached. - Return or exchange requests are made within 30 days of delivery To request an exchange, please submit your request via the Contact Us form.
